The celebration officially began with sign-in at 8 a.m. on the 16th. Guests were present and the atmosphere was lively. At 9 o'clock, the conference officially kicked off. First, a short video of JJRS's 20-year development was played, frame by frame, documenting the company's efforts from its inception to its deep engagement in the field of cold rolling coating. This moved the attendees deeply. Then, Ms. Xie Hairen, the company's chairman, took the stage to deliver a speech, systematically reviewing the company's development over the past 20 years, expressing sincere gratitude to the support from national industrial policies, the trust of customers, the strong support of suppliers and partners, the hard work and dedication of all employees, as well as the silent support of their families. At the same time, she put forward earnest expectations for the company's next stage of development, encouraging all colleagues to take 20 years as a new starting point, and continue to focus on technology and serve the market.

During the brand technology presentation session, all the participants watched a special film jointly produced by JJRS and the CCTV "Power Made in China" program, titled "Fires Burning Together". The film, through vivid camera language, showcased JJRS's 20-year exploration and deepening in the cold rolling coating field based on the high-temperature blast furnace gas annealing technology. Next, the company's technical R&D deputy director Liu Wen systematically reviewed JJRS's technical evolution path and product iteration process over the past 20 years, comprehensively presenting JJRS's technical accumulation and core competitiveness. The AI R&D department head Li Feifei, with the theme of "AI Drives Intelligent Manufacturing", focused on introducing JJRS's latest research achievements in the metal sheet and strip processing application field, highlighting the enterprise's innovation vitality and technological forward-looking nature. Subsequently, Mr. Xu Lei, the general manager of JJRS, delivered a summary speech with the theme of "Twenty Years of Adhering to the Main Business, Innovation and Transformation, Platform Cooperation for a Brighter Future". On the morning of the 17th, JJRS specially set up a sub-conference and held a supplier conference with great ceremony. This was to further deepen the cooperation with supplier partners and discuss the major plans for the development of the supply chain. The company organized and held the supplier conference in the special venue.
After the meeting began, General Manager Xu Lei first delivered a speech, elaborating from the perspective of the long-term development of the enterprise, the fundamental purpose and far-reaching significance of JJRS building the supply chain system - not only enhancing efficiency, but also reconstructing trust and achieving symbiosis of value.
The conference specially invited Mr. Liao Jiesi, a senior enterprise management lecturer who once worked at Huawei, the head of the company's management transformation advisory team, and an expert in governance, risk and internal control, to conduct a supply chain transformation training session titled "From Competition to Coexistence: Building an Ecological System of Value Win-Win". With a forward-looking perspective and rich practical cases, Mr. Liao deeply analyzed the inevitable path of supply chain relationships in the new era moving from zero-sum competition to coexistence and win-win, which aroused strong resonance and in-depth thinking among the participating supplier representatives.
After the training session, Liu Bin, the manager of the Procurement and Logistics Department, gave a special report on the supply chain system, elaborating on the current status, development plan of the JJRS supply chain system, as well as the specific measures for future optimization and upgrading. This enabled the participating supplier partners to have a clearer understanding of the development direction of Jingjie Ruisi's supply chain, laying a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation.
